25 ways of POKéMON ♡ Route 8

Route 8 What is your favorite move? Least favorite?

I won't even get started on how long I've wondered how you would possibly come up with that question, that I find kind of weird (but also genius) and pretty hard to answer.
Per usual, I decided to make it a tiny bit easier and choose one favorite/ least favorite for every type - also to make this post a bit longer.

Generally said, it took me some time to learn the differences between physical, special and status attacks. I used to think that status attacks in general were kind of useless. Thinking back, I didn't put a lot of thought into strategy and my first priority was strength. Nowadays however I try to combine all three kinds of attacks and work with strategies... just going for the strongest attacks and the Pokémon with the most power takes away a certain thrill and extra fun for me. I guess that is one of the growing-up processes that are visible in my gaming habits.

I decided to leave out signature moves of special/legendary Pokémon, even if I liked them.
This already got a lot longer than I planned to but it was a lot fun and I wonder, how you think about the moves I introduced here.

Being really busy with university this term, these updates are the only things I try to keep up as a small fixed constant. I hope that I will find a way to update more frequently soon again.
Not being able to spend time doing the things I love - at least once a week - is hard and makes me quite sensitive and less able to cope with heavy workloads, so I really need to change that up and find a solution that works.

Do you have a favorite Pokémon move? Which one?
Tell me in a comment below.
