... so much Disney ♡

It's not a big secret that I love animation movies.
They were and still are probably my favorite kind of movies.
Needless to say I spent my childhood days with a lot of Disney's works therefore and after I've seen it on Kiki's blog last year - getting inspired immediately but postponing it like the high-end procrastinator I am - I thought it would be pretty fun and a bit nostalgic to do something similar here on my blog.

MY FAVORITE DISNEY MOVIE

First up a question I can't answer. I won't even make a huge deal out of it...
I just can't decide because there are a lot of movies, like just too many I enjoy too freaking much to choose THE one.
Instead, I looked through all the Disney movies there are and picked the ones I remember I liked a lot or watched a lot when I was younger - adding the new ones, of course.

live 2014 ☆ july, august, september and december

I'm as busy as a bee, this is already the second update I prepare for you guys.

This time we're talking about the other 4 concerts that were in my schedule 2014.

July 27th I went to Berlin to join other ARMY who were waiting excitedly to see BTS, 

a pretty new but really talented rap-heavy group of Korean boys. 

It was really fun and I got to know a couple of really interesting, 

bubbly teens when we were waiting in line. 

This almost makes me feel kind of old, haha

live 2014 ☆ february, april, may and june

Seeing that I didn't give a lot of hints and news about the concerts I went to this year, I thought it was about time to gather these and write a few words about them.
This year was the first year I spent so much money - and time - on concerts but I enjoyed them all so much and looking back I just have a few regrets...

Since I'm a quite honest concert-goer and rather enjoy the experience and moment than taking photos like a madman - especially when it's more often prohibited than not - I rarely take pictures at the venue or anything at all.
In my opinion, I paid enough money on the time I'm going to spend there, so I'm gonna make it a good time and enjoy the moment instead of risking to get kicked out for some blurry photos.
But that is - as stated - just my opinion and I'm rather thankful to people who think differently - I can look up some good concert shots later then; hehe.
That being said, this post will contain more words than images.

I'm pretty sure this update is long overdue. 

I'm kind of sorry, really but on the other hand I've been such a lazy bum since my lecturers ended.

It's been almost a week now and I didn't do much yet. Not even for my term paper but I gladly realized that my writer's block {that's been bothering me for almost nine moths} is finally gone and I've found the motivation to work on a project I've been planning more than a year now.

This time now, I want to share a bunch of photos from Shin Okubo {already mentioned in the headline} as well as one of my most favorite stores I've been to during my time in Tokyo: Tower Records in Shibuya.

It's a large, 5 or 6 story building stuffed with nothing but music. Music of all sorts, from everywhere and I don't even know what.

It's amazing. I tell you... and I'm pretty sure I spent the majority of the money I spent - there.

에프엑스 Red Light ♫

My oral exam is next week and the 21st is the day of my written exam. This is my excuse for that lack of updates and also a warning because I'm not exactly sure if I'll be able to update before the last weeks of this term's lecture periode have passed. Unfortunately the end of the term also means that my motivation is long, long gone... doesn't make studying periode a really fun experience, tbh.

I haven't spoken much about music on my blog this year, which is a pity because it's a big part of not only my everyday life but basically everything I do.
The long-awaited f(x) comeback, however, is enough reason to show a sign of life.
The song has an amazing drive but still some parts I stumbled over the first time I listened to it.
I'm hyped anyway and absolutely love the music video.
They are all looking super sexy and hot and just wow. It's been long since I've been so thrilled about a girl group's music video... but these ladies always get me out of my shell, haha.
Especially Amber - let's be real. 
She's been my favorite even before I knew who f(x) was and goddamnit, I love her so much.
She's such a lovely person with a fun and inspiring personality (and she's so incredibly attractive ;A;) and I'm pretty sure I'll spend the rest of my entire exisstence crushing on her...

Anyway - if you have a working proxmate or another addon (or are just lucky enough to not have an institution in your country that bans music videos on youtube) you can watch the new music video and do the math!

music about dreams and distant worlds

I haven't mentioned too much of my relationship with video games and my gaming habits here till now.

Lately, I'm dying to share it but university keeps me too busy to make up my mind and actually write a good, nice, round post about it.

If you follow me on twitter, though - you probably realized that I'm obsessed with Animal Crossing (New Leaf) right now.

I had the brilliant idea to reset my game and start again after a year this week-end, approximately two weeks before all the exams come breaking my neck. Nice idea indeed and brilliant timing, I know.

Another series of games that never fails to cast a spell over me, is Final Fantasy.

I started to actually play and not just marvle over the games from afar only a couple of games ago and so, though I really want to get my head around as many stories and parts and characters as possible, I wasn't really able to play most of the games. Yet, that is!!!

My favorite - and actually the first I played without my brother sitting in my neck the whole time - is Final Fantasy XII.

Actually I don't know anymore if I had any other special idea behind it, when I decided to do a song of the year 2013 special.
I think I toyed with the idea of making another top 12 out of all the 'winners' this year.
But I decided against it. Because I'm lazy and because this kind of getup didn't seem to appeal to most of you anyway.

Thus the special now is nothing special in the whole sense of special.
Maybe you find yourself enjoying it anyway.

Actually I wanted to do this post like two weeks ago... but thanks to a really busy schedule and a sudden sickness, that knocked me out last week, I never got the chance to finally do it.
But now when finally Chirstmas vacation and 大晦日 comes rolling in, I am free for the rest of the year.
I mean... I still have to learn a couple of vocabs and do stuff for my term paper but all in all it's going to be much more relaxed than I expected it to be.
Yey for that.

But since it wouldn't make any difference to write a long apology letter to you now, I'll just get over it and go on with the usual business. {also because my head hurts again and I don't want to challenge the fever to break out again. no thank you.}

Today I try - next to a 12page text about AI in Japan, Korean homework and Japanese vocabularies - to supress my urge to draw my character from Pokemon X/Y to finally post again.
Before my new semester started I was optimistic to find a fixed day or at least an amont of 2hours per week I can organize as spare hours to deal with my blog... but it turns out it to be hard to reorganize your life.
Much harder than I thought at least, and learning two languages at once isn't really a walk in the park either... but I'm doing fine this far and I'm not here to complain anyway.

Right we are. It's already this time of the year but the 31st of October was a ordinary university day for me {pretty busy too} so I did nothing halloweenish at all this year. It didn't bother me actually, because I'm not such a big halloween fan anyway. {please don't kill me. I love pumpkins and pumpkin soup and black cats... but I just see no point in rewarding loud, annoying children who threaten to blow up your mailbox or 'decorating' the frontage of your house with bad eggs, with sweets that I could eat while studying or reading a book fanficition}

Now... as the title already implies, we're at it again. The {belated} single/MV release evaluation of October.

Like a dream, he's a cold machine ♪

After it took me forever to make any sense out of the photos left on my hard drive and the steady feeling of hesitation that built up inside of me, regarding the idea of making make-up and circle-lens reviews without a good camera {I'm still waiting for me and my dad to get me my super late birthday present}, I decided to give you another story though it's already been a couple of months since it happened.

In May I got my first EXO albums.*

* Let's not think about in what kind of madness I gave myself when I started to buy real albums instead of just getting my hands on MP3 versions of the songs.
I have to say that I feel much richer {not money-wise but in a figurative sense} and better the way it is now.
The KPOP industry seems to make so much more out of their business, than plain CD packages with a - more or less - exciting cover.
For me it's always like opening treasure boxes when I get a new album of my favorite KPOP musicians.

I bought them from the lovely Angi, who sold them second hand. This was THE big chance for me - back then a bloody beginner when it came to EXO - to finally get more into these guys, since I've been kinda enchanted and shyly interested in them after watching Kai and Lay on New Year's Eve 2012 {I know, I was really, really late to get to them}, when they performed with SM The Performance for one of the many 가요대전 (Gayo Daejun) shows I watched {in one of those shows also EXO had a MAMA performance}. Beside the point, I watched all of them: SBS, KBS and MBC's end-of-the-year-show.

I'm pretty busy today - actually - because one of my dearest friends comes home from Seoul today and I'll head to the airport soon to welcome him...
Tomorrow start my Korean lessons and I'm really excited about it as well.
It feels kinda unreal that my semester break is already over again, though.
I have many things I still want to show you but they have to wait now since I have to sort out pictures and stuff like that... but I hope I can do these posts soon.

I've been quite busy the last two weeks. I met many friends, had a lot of fun and today I'm really late with the Songs of July because yesterday - when the deadline actually ended - I went to Berlin instead to pick up my dear  고양이 Yonghee.
I'm so happy I saw her again after we haven't had the chance the whole semester time...

July was stuffed with great releases and I had 16 songs on my list... it was a tough fight to decide the 10 I'll review here now already and because I'm lately much more into KPOP... I decided to concentrate completely on those this time.

I'm so sorry I can't update properly lately because of my exams!

So... I wanted to do this review/post since I did my Song Of The Month post but I was so horribly busy with university, I just got no chance to do so.
Finally, after working the whole week end for that strange Social Studies homework I had to do, I have time to do it, before I'll drown in Japanese vocabulary.
